Ahh!!! This restaurant made a top level to my fav list now! I felt like I lost in the lebanese culture and the way they live and Enjoy the music.
This restaurant comes in sahara star since 2007 and has been awarded 8 times by Times Food Award. The Chef Jihad is a specialist of lebanese cusine and make variety of dishes is like 700-800 around. He is very gentle and lovely person.
The hospitality to service is very kind here. I was been asset by Ajay and Manager Rakesh, Mahesh, Ilavarasan.
I can’t forget the best part to express is the ambiance. The amount of relaxation and luxurious dining ever seen yet. It makes you feel comfortable and just says to your mind that’s how I live for long.
In india, lebanese is not much been known but it’s a normal food across Istanbul and other nations near Mediterranean. It’s a healthy and heavy meal food.
So, this is exclusive place I would say which made me very happy to my deep heart. As I had this food for the first time didn’t feel anything else but found it scrumptious. A must visit place. Even they have special couple area only on booking.
There are much more into this region but here are some of them in details.
It is a Levantine dip, which made with mashed chickpeas or other beans, blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. It tastes a bit like raw peanuts and sesame seeds.
Falafel or falafel
It’s a deep fried patty made from ground chickpeas, fava beans. It is an Egyptian dish and very various in middle eastern.
It’s is a Levantine meat preparation, where lamb, chicken, turkey, beef, veal, or mixed meats are placed on a spit, and may be grilled for as long as a day. Indian version is just a topping! However, this version is original and states an actual enjoyment to eat it.
It’s a vegetarian salad made of mostly finely chopped parsley with tomatoes, mint, onion, Bulgur, and seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and Pepper. Garlic plays a important role here! It is a healthy dish and first healthy dish so loving I liked the most in veg.
Kebab and chicken roasted well served in a mix platter where you get cooked meat dishes, with their origins in Middle Eastern cuisine.
This dish is of the eggplant mixed with tahina, olive oil, and various seasonings. The Arabic bābā means “father”.
Fattoush is an Arabic flat bread combined with mixed greens and other vegetables, such as radishes and tomatoes.

The meat, surrounded by masses of rice and garnished, is presented to the gathering on a huge tray.
Lemon Maa Ward —
A drink which is best out here to surely try! It’s made up with fresh lime, mint and rose water.
Mango Pani Puri —
Specialty of mango festival in the summer season.
Kanafeh — is a traditional Arabic dessert made with cheese pastry soaked in sweet, sugar-based syrup.
Halloumi or hellim —- is a semi-hard, unripened, brined cheese made from a mixture of goat’s and sheep’s milk, and sometimes also cow’s milk. It has a high melting point and so can easily be fried or grilled.
Pan-Grilled Halloumi with Lemon. Halloumi Meshwi are slices of Halloumi cheese lightly coated in seasoned flour and pan-grilled in oil until golden. the texture is chewy.
Om Ali, Omali, Umm Ali, or Oumm Ali — meaning “Ali’s mother” is an Egyptian dessert.
Typically, pastry (bread, pastry or puff pastry) is divided into pieces and blended with pistachios, coconut flakes, raisins and plenty of sugar. Milk with cream is poured over the mixture.
Baklava is a rich, sweet dessert pastry made of layers of filo filled with chopped nuts and walnuts. A small form of just a perfect dish of night.
